Unfazed by the scientific age, pashmina regular shawls are hand spun the same way it has been done for centuries. The hairs are gathered from the Himalayan goat called Hircus, which lives at high altitudes, 12 to 14000 feet in the mountains. The Pashmina is gathered by hand, stored and combed by nomadic herders. The threads are hand woven on handlooms over a silk wrap, which gives the fabric resilience. Once the fabric is loomed, each piece is hand dyed in open vats. Afterwards it is given to the different craftsmen for hand-embroidery, beading and /or printing. They are very soft and luxurious in feel. These regular shawls are woven from the best quality of Cashmere Pashmina and Silk. These regular shawls can be worn as a wrap or a scarf. The size is 78 inches long and 28 inches wide and each shawl is finished with 2 or 2.5 inches long tassels. The fabric comprises of approximately 70% Cashmere Pashmina and 30% Silk. The combination of Cashmere and Silk makes the fabric versatile and resonating with color. The regular shawls are hand loomed in Nepal and India and are offered in a wide selection of vibrant colors. We recommend dry cleaning..../ CASHMERE PASHMINA SHAWL (REGULAR) from Cashmere Pashmina Group in vivid 55 colors (CINNAMON CHOCOLATE) / Wool Shawl

Horrid Product, Horrid service : CASHMERE PASHMINA SHAWL (REGULAR) from Cashmere Pashmina Group in vivid 55 colors (CINNAMON CHOCOLATE)
I received a pashmina shawl as a Christmas gift, but the fabric was unbelievably itchy and left me with horrible hives. I called to examine about a refund, and the phone sales person (who was condescending at best) told me that they had a 2 week return policy. I explained that it was a gift that was purchased early in Decemeber but that I had not received it until the 25th, and she told me that the 2 weeks procedure would apply from the date I received it. (I even duplicate confirmed this with her, explaining that if the person who bought this for me would not get a full reimbursement that I would rather keep the item and try my luck reselling it on eBay, but she assured me I could just send it back!) I folded the shawl Exactly as it had been sent to me, slipped it back into the resealable plastic bag it came in and sent it back to the business within the two weeks. I then heard from the person who sent me the gift that they received a nasty e-mail from the business stating that the reimbursement had been appproved but that they would take a 20% restocking deduction from the reimbursement Despite having verbal confirmation that this would not happen.
So to sum up--horrid product, horrid service. These people went out of their way to lie to me and steal a behalf from the person who gave me the gift. Please Check Update Here!!
